1. ToolsPur will initiate the refund only when any primary service/tool (Semrush, Wordai, Ubersuggest, Envato Elements, StoryBlocks, Quetext, Grammarly, Canva, Moz Only) does not work for three or more days.
2. To initiates the refund process, it can take 2-3 days, the user has to wait for that time period. Also, the payment gateway takes time of 4-5 days to refund the amount. 
3. There will be no refund if your account got banned/blocked by invalid activities, no type of excuse will be accepted. There will be no refund if our tool limits get ended. Users have to wait till the limit refreshes again.
4. Moreover, the refund request without any reason (Likewise: Mind Changed, purchased accidentally etc.) will not be accepted. Such type of case leads to account suspension.
5. To get the refund user to have put a request at admin@toolspur.com (Administration will reply within 24-48 hours)
